A new variety of this popular evergreen shrub its strong growing and cleaner than angustifolia, with small deep green leaves and bright red stems, in spring long racemes of white flowers followed by dark black/purple fruits. A great plant for screening. Hardy and grows on all soils a long as they are not waterlogged. It will grow in full sun or shade, regular trimming will maintain the bushiness. Toxic if eaten.
