Common queries answered
Do you sell plants to the public as well as the trade?
Yes, we offer a click and collect service please email us your requirements or make an order on the Web Shop.
Can you source plants not listed on your stock list?
Yes, generally we can source stock for orders in the main season this will take around one week. During the low season it could take up to two weeks.
Do you have a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
How soon can my order be ready?
During busy periods and if all plants are in stock orders take around 2-3 days before you can collect. For orders that we need to source stock this can take around 1-2 weeks dependant on the season, you will be notified of this at the point of order.
Can I change a confirmed and picked order?
We understand that things change while on site and occasionally changes need to be made. We would ask that these changes are kept to a minimum due to the extra work involved. Please see our terms and conditions on charges that maybe levied on this See our terms here
Can I specify a time and date for delivery?
This is possible, but please note all deliveries are on a first come first served basis and during our busy season deliveries are generally booked up to three weeks in advance so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your requirements.
Can I return plants I have not used?
Unfortunately, due to plant health requirements we cannot take plants back that have left our site.
How long can I leave my order before collection?
We ask that orders are collected within one week, once the order is picked, we place them in our order bays plants left in these bays longer than one week will start to deteriorate in quality. If orders need to be placed in advance, we ask that you inform us at the point of order.
Can I send my customer to order on my behalf?
No, we cannot take orders from your clients on your account.
Can my customer pay for the order?
No, we cannot take payment directly from your clients
Can my customer view the stock?
Yes, if you accompany your client on site to deal with any questions they may have. We ask that trade price information is kept private.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Whilst we take every care to supply products of the highest quality and trueness to name. No warranty expressed or implied is given as to description, productiveness or any other matter, the company cannot be held responsible for failures.
What if there is a problem with a plant?
All goods must be inspected on delivery/collection and any damages or problems notified in writing with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Shortages should be notified upon receipt of your order.
