Fagus syl. 'Atropunicea' 100-125 Bare Root

An impressive purple beech tree with soft, smooth, grey bark. Oval leaves unfold deep red and may turn to an intense brown red in Autumn. Produces small, inconspicuous flower catkins. It can grow to a height and spread of 25-30 metres. Prefers well-drained soil, not too wet. Moderately wind resistant.
